Store Policy

We’re committed to making sure your shopping experience is as solid as our gear. Here’s everything you need to know about ordering from us:

1. Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or other trusted carriers depending on your location.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within North America. International orders may take longer.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, final clearance products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at support@backfortybrand.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll send you instructions for mailing your item back.

    3. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — no hassle, no long stories.

4. Sizing & Product Info

We do our best to provide accurate sizing charts and product descriptions. If you’re unsure about a fit, reach out before ordering — we’ll help you pick the right size.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we’ve likely started processing your order and can’t guarantee changes.
